Can I Exchange it if I don’t Like it?

Absolutely! You have 30 calendar days to exchange your Quality Sleep mattress from the date of delivery. You are allowed one exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you must still be within your 30-night trial period and have had it for at least 21 days, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged. Stains are one of the biggest reasons warranties are voided. To protect your purchase please consider a waterproof mattress protector.

Can I Return it if I don’t Like it?

We know you will love your new mattress - but, we give you up to 30 calendar nights to sleep on it and let us know if you don’t like it. We encourage you to try your mattress for at least 21 nights, starting upon delivery of the mattress. This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress. If you decide the mattress isn’t for you, we’ll coordinate a pickup from your home then refund the full purchase price. After 30-days, rest assured you’re covered by a 10-year warranty on the mattress.

How do I return it?

Just give us a call or email us and we’ll coordinate the pick up with you. All mattresses must be clean and undamaged. Damaged mattresses include, but are not limited to the following conditions: rips or tears on the cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover.

What about returns on foundations or accessories?

We use the golden rule to determine all of our policies. Our stated policy is that if you don't like something within 30 days - Just give us a call or email us and we’ll coordinate the item pick up with you. All products must be clean and undamaged with the original packaging. Damaged items include, but are not limited to the following conditions: rips or tears on the cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover. We process refunds immediately upon receipt and will get funds back to you as quickly as possible. Some banks take 3 - 5 business days to process.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
